Beeindruckende Tage in Lijiang
Wir waren 3 N?chte in Lijiang, organisiert durch China Highlights. Wir haben den Jadedrachenschneeberg besucht, wurden in Baisha durch einen Naxi-Schamanen in die Bilderschrift der Naxi eingeführt, waren in der Tigersprungschlucht und sind durch die Altstadt von Lijiang gebummelt. Unser Guide Alice hat uns super geführt (englisch), ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir hatten viel Spass und tolle Gespr?che miteinander. Ein tolles Erlebnis. more

China trip as a solo traveler
An den jeweiligen Orten wurde ich bei Ankunft bereits von ReiseleiterIn / FahrerIn in den Bahnh?fen / Flugh?fen und der Anlegestelle (am Ende der Yangtze-Kreuzfahrt) erwartet und abgeholt. Alles war perfekt organisiert, da auch alle Züge und Flüge (für mich als Deutschem aktuell leider keine Selbstverst?ndlichkeit mehr) auf die Minute pünktlich waren!Besonders hervorheben m?chte ich die spektakul?ren Bergpanoramen in Zhangjiajie und die sehr angenehme Art der dortigen Reiseleiterin Rachel. Sie war es auch, die mich motivierte, leckere kulinarische Spezialit?ten auszuprobieren, was mir im weiteren Verlauf der Reise sehr zugute kam.Auch Tensing E. m?chte ich erw?hnen, der mir Lhasa n?herbrachte und mit dem ich w?hrenddessen interessante buddhistisch-philosophische Diskussionen führte. more

En cuanto a la visita a Beijing, esuvimos acompa?adas con nuestra guia Lidia, quien estuvo permanentemente a nuestra disposición, demostrando su gran habilidad comunicacional, sobre todo con el idioma espa?ol, y vastos conocimientos sobre los lugares que visitamos. Muy agradable y divertida!. Durante la estancia en la ciudad tuve una emergencia medica, la cual supo resolver de manera muy rapida y operativa. Muchas gracias Lidia por tu dedicación. Suggested Itinerary
Upon arrival, your tour guide, van and driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel so the rest of the day is yours to rest or explore.
The coach with a driver and English-speaking guide will pick you up from your hotel and start the sightseeing.
The first stop is famous Tiananmen Square, the next the adjoining Forbidden City, a home to 24 emperors in its time, built to impress.
The Temple of Heaven is lesser known, but just as imposing. The surrounding park is full of people practicing martial arts and Chinese dance, among other things. On the way you have a chance to see a glimpse of the Chinese traditional medicine culture.
After Chinese lunch in a local restaurant, relax in the peaceful Summer Palace, an ancient imperial garden used by emperors to escape the heat of summer.
The Forbidden CityAfter admiring the ancient Ming Tombs and lunch, climb up to the iconic Badaling Great Wall or get the optional cable car, giving you more time to admire the scenery.
On the way back pass the Olympic Green, and admire from afar the "Bird's Nest" and "the Water Cube".
Badaling Great WallEnjoy some free time in the morning, before your tour guide and driver pick you up from hotel and transfer to train station for high speed train heading to Xi'an (G657: 1102-1644).
When you arrive Xi'an, your local tour guide will be waiting for you and transfer to hotel for rest.
Admire today one of the wonders of the world: the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, each of the life-sized sculptures are unique. Learn about their original bright colors.
After lunch, visit Banpo ancient village site, where the life of ordinary people thousands of years ago comes alive. After the tour, transfer by coach back to your hotel.
The Terracotta ArmyHave some free time on your own to explore the ancient city or just relax. In the afternoon, you will be picked up from hotel and transfer to airport for flight to Guilin.
After your flight lands Guilin, your local tour guide and driver will be ready waiting to meet you and transfer to hotel.

Glide along the Li River, taking in the beautiful mountains in comfort. A simple buffet lunch is served on the ship, however it does not always measure up to our high standards, so we recommend a good breakfast.
After arriving in Yangshuo you have a chance to walk along the winding streets, and see some of the natural surroundings in this village town. We will transfer you back to your hotel in the late afternoon.
Li River CruiseThe last day of your tour you will have some free time to see the city by yourself. Your tour guide, driver and car will pick you up from your hotel on time, and transfer to the airport for your flight departing Guilin.
